The Studio at our Barnet Campus is a specialist creative facility supporting music, film, television, games design, animation and visual effects. It’s a space designed to help you develop industry-relevant skills, collaborate with others and bring creative ideas to life.
What is Music and Performing Arts?
Music and Performing Arts brings together performance, creativity and technical skills. You’ll learn how to develop and present creative work while exploring the processes behind music, theatre and live performance.
The subject combines practical performance with creative development, helping you build confidence, communication and collaboration skills. Depending on your interests, you may explore music performance, music production, acting, movement, rehearsal techniques and live presentations. You’ll learn how creative projects are developed from initial ideas through to final performances while gaining experience of working independently and as part of a team. These skills provide a strong foundation for future creative pathways.
