Course Overview
This course at Barnet and Southgate College combines the main aspects of business, marketing, finance and law with an additional qualification in psychology.
Students will be able to take aspects from both subjects and relate how they impact on the economy and on people. This course is equivalent to 3 A Levels.

Entry Requirements
5 GCSEs, with 4 of these being grade 4 or above including maths, and one being GCSE English language at 5 or above OR a Level 2 Diploma with a Merit grade in a relevant subject PLUS grade 4 GCSEs in maths and grade 5 in English AND a suitable academic reference is also required. To progress to Year 2 you need to have successfully completed Year 1. You will also need grade 3 or 4 in Science.

What this course covers
Students will study topics for business such as marketing, finance, event management and law. For psychology, students will study psychological approaches, health psychology and criminal psychology.
Via coursework and exams.
You will achieve a BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Business (2 A Level equivalent) and a BTEC Level 3 Extended Certificate in Psychology (1 A Level equivalent).
