Sky Scholarship opportunity for Barnet and Southgate media and photography students

The Sky Scholarship is designed to put students at the centre of the action where they will learn what it takes to make live broadcasting happen. The scholarship is overseen by Sky’s Content Services department which is responsible for most content coming in and out of Sky.

A two-week placement at Sky Group headquarters in West London will be offered to the successful students where they will experience the environment of a live broadcast studio. The successful candidates will observe and work with all the different roles that combine to produce live content.

This scholarship offers our students the chance to observe the exciting world of Sky's Content Services department where, in the first week, they will experience a variety of broadcasting roles that are part of the team who combine their skills to produce the broadcast content for Sky.

In the second week of the placement the students will be able to choose which specialised area they are assigned to and gain a greater understanding of that career role.

The scholarship winner also receives a prize from Sky.
