For anyone wishing to learn about pottery.
No formal qualifications are required, but bags of commitment and enthusiasm are essential.
The course covers all the processes of hand built and wheel-thrown pottery. Use of studio, clay preparation and safe practice, pinch pots, coil pots, slab work, including moulds. Using the potters' wheel (throwing), glazing, decoration, sculpting and modelling. To cover all of the topics in greater detail, you will be required to enrol on repeat courses.
There is no formal assessment.

No interview is required.
Protective clothing will be required (an old shirt or overalls). A cost for finished pots.
