Looking for a career change? This course is aimed at anyone who seeks to develop a professional or academic career in human resource management. An essential qualification for line managers or team leaders who need to further their knowledge of the human resource activities in an organisation, the CIPD FCHRP L3 is also very useful for people who have not studied for a number of years and wish to return to academic qualifications.

No prior qualifications are needed to join this course although a written English test may be required.

Course units range from: developing yourself as an effective HR practitioner, understanding organisations and the role of HR, recording, analysing and using resourcing talent, to employment relations and using HR information effectively. You will also learn how to work well in groups using discussion, teamwork and observations.

Assessment is through coursework and presentations.
