The Level 2 ESOL Health and Social Care course is aimed at anyone who would like a career in caring for adults or children. The course allows ESOL learners to improve English language skills alongside gaining Level certificate in Health and Social Care.
Students must have ESOL status; an ESOL Level 1 Certificate or equivalent level, a Level 1 Certificate in Health and Social Care, and an interest in caring for adults or children.
ESOL; Health and Social Care; Functional Skills Maths and ICT; and students will take work experience sessions.
There will be continuous classroom assessment.
ESOL Level 2 Certificate in Speaking and Listening, Reading and Writing; Functional Skills Maths; Functional Skills ICT; a Level 2 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care.
