Looking for a career in customer service? This qualification is suitable for those who wish to gain a good knowledge and understanding for a job that involves customer service. It provides easy progression to a Level 2 business course.
You should have a range of GCSEs at grade D or E (3 - 2/3); including English and maths at Level 1 and a suitable academic reference.
This course allows learners to develop and practise the skills required in employment. You will study a range of units including: the customer service experience, how to create a good impression to customers, applying legislation, regulation and organisational procedures, effective relationships with customers and colleagues and running a small business.
Assessment is through coursework.
On successful completion of the course you will gain a City and Guilds Level 1 certificate in customer services and a BTEC Level 1 Certificate in Business Administration.
