'Business as usual' as colleges merge


Barnet College and Southgate College formally merge from Tuesday 1st  November 2011, creating one of London's largest multi-site Further Education colleges, with approximately 21,000 students and over 1,500 courses.

Barnet and Southgate College held its annual student achievement awards last night at Allianz Park. The theme of the evening was ‘each of us has a fire in our heart for something’  and the gala ceremony was attended by Mark Shooter, Mayor of Barnet, students, parents and staff.
