All students must submit an application pack with all the documents listed below:

  • Academic References*
  • Copy of Passport
  • Qualification Certificates (country of origin) -
    verified by a notary public
  • Secure English Language Test
    e.g. IELTS (5.5,)TOIEC (650 – 800)
  • International Student Questionnaire*
  • Bank Statement
  • Personal Statement
  • Medical Certificate for selected countries
    (see list of countries on the  UK Border Agency  website)

After the College has received your completed application pack:

  • Your qualifications are checked (NARIC)
  • Your application is assessed by the relevant department
  • If you are in the UK you are invited for an interview
  • If you are outside the UK you will be interviewed on Skype
  • If you application is successful you receive a conditional offer
  • You are required to make a deposit payment of 50% of your tuition fees 
  • Applicants from countries identified by the UKBA as ‘high risk’ are required to pay the full tuition fee

 

After the College has received your deposit payment:

  • A Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) is issued (Tier 4 GS Visa  and Tier 4 child Visa only)
  • An unconditional offer letter is issued (Student Visitor Visa 6 months/Extended Student Visitor Visa 11 months only)

Please note that that the UKBA checks all your documentation i.e. CAS, proof of sufficient funds and original copies of your academic qualifications.

FULL TUITION FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE START OF YOUR COURSE

 

Refund policy

If your course is cancelled  a full refund will be given

If your course is closed with no suitable alternative offered  a part refund will be given

If your visa is refused and you have provided official confirmation of refusal from UKBA  a full refund will be given minus £200.00 administration fee

 

Money required to score 10 points on the UKBA Assessment

  • You will need to show that you have enough money to pay course fees for the first year and maintenance of £800.00 for 9 months = £7200.00
  • ‘Established Students’ will need to show that they have enough money to pay course fees for the first year plus maintenance of £800 for 2 months = £1600.00

You must show that you have held the required money for a consecutive 28-day period (finishing on the date of the closing balance) ending no more than one month before your application.
