EFL Summer School Programme
The EFL Summer School for adults and young learners offers a maximum of 20 hours tuition per week, from beginner to advanced levels (A1 – C1 CEF.)
Our general English classes offer a wide range of activities which are stimulating and enjoyable. All our classes have a strong learner focus with students working in pairs and groups, and a strong emphasis is placed on accurate production of language.
In the afternoon we offer skills classes which focus on specific areas e.g., grammar and vocabulary building, listening and speaking, reading and writing for formal and informal situations, and British life and culture. All classes are multi-lingual with a wide range of nationalities. Our classrooms are equipped with interactive whiteboards and the campus has a library, gym and refectory.

Maximum class size: 20 students
Minimum course: 2 weeks
All students are required to buy a course book (£30 approx)

Testing and enrolment
Before the start of the summer school you can be tested at the following times:
Tuesday and Wednesday at 10.00
Monday and Thursday at 14.00.
During the Summer School placement tests take place every Monday morning at 09.00 so that you can start your class as soon as possible.
It is also possible to receive the placement test by email if you are overseas prior to the start of your course.
