The Advanced Apprenticeships in Dental Nursing and Dental Practice Management offer an exciting opportunity for professionals to develop their skills and gain official qualifications
The Practice Management programme is designed to equip apprentices with the knowledge, skills, behaviours and practical workplace experience they need to manage a modern dental practice effectively and with confidence, whilst the Nursing programme has been designed by leading employers within the dental sector to train individuals in the specific skills needed to prosper within this industry..
For the individual, this is the perfect way to advance their skills and gain a Level 3 or 4 ILM Certificate.
From the employer’s perspective, the apprenticeship will encourage growth of key practice staff, developing their talents and creating a highly skilled workforce to drive the future success of the business.
What’s more, including core funding, government incentives and the employer’s own contribution, practices with less than 50 employees will have a total investment of £9,900 for every apprentice over the age of 18.
The classroom-based workshops, assessments and work portfolio will be delivered and managed by Barnet and Southgate College in London, ensuring the highest quality of mentoring from leading professionals in the field.
