Who is this course for?

This is for individuals who would like to progress onto Spa Management.

What qualifications or experience do I need ?

A Level 4 ITEC in Spa Management, full or partial completion or equivalent or equivalent industrial experience.

What will I study ?

This course will provide a strong understanding of: * Customer Target Profile * Identifying Customer Needs * Marketing and PR Activities * Operational Management

How will I be assessed ?

Assessment is formative and on-going. Grades and marks are awarded on completion, submission and participation in specified assignment requirements.

Learners can progress onto employment or to a University degree subject to a portfolio review and successful interview.
