Key responsibilities may include creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, leading and managing teams, managing change, financial and resource management, talent management, coaching and mentoring. Attendance on this course is required once every month.
GCSE English and Maths A-C Or L2 English and Maths Functional Skills Apprentices without level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this level prior to joining this programme In a Managerial role
Topics covered will include: Operational Management, Project Management, Finance, Leading People, Managing People, Building Relationships, Communication and Decision Making. Attendance on this course is required once every month.
Assessment includes a series of assignments and work based activities to demonstrate the development of your knowledge and skills. Observation in the workplace, looking at how you perform your job role. Witness testimonies provided by your employer. Online OR paper based exams for Functional Skills You will also be independently assessed by an assessment organisation who will make a decision on whether you have passed your apprenticeship or not. They will use a grading system of Pass, Merit, Distinction or Fail. The independent assessment includes a test using scenarios and questions. A competency based interview and the portfolio of evidence as well as a continuing professional development log review - followed with a professional discussion
