The Access to Higher Education Diploma (Law) is a Level 3 qualification which prepares people without traditional qualifications for study at university and have an interest Law

GCSE English (C or 4 and above); GCSE maths (C or 4 and above); no other experience necessary.

You will study various modules including: Central Features of the English Legal System; Personnel in the English Legal System; The Tort of Negligence; Introduction to Company Law; Consumer Law - Sale of Goods; Criminal Law and the Criminal Justice System; Introduction to Criminal Law - Manslaughter; Introduction to Criminal Law - Murder.
